As temperatures rise in the Truckee Meadows this summer, it’s important for parents to be able to recognize dehydration and heat exhaustion in children. Though it varies based on the age and size of a child, kids in general have greater surface area to body mass ratio so they lose fluids faster than adults.

Mothers exchange their experiences and discuss concerns such as milk supply, pumping, going back to work, sleeping or lack of sleep.
